The training was very informative and practical with examples relating to our industry. It was an excellent course to help understand how a strategic approach will build and protect our key accounts. The content of the program, allowed every participant to commit to the exercises, and it was easy to make connections between the trainer’s presentation and daily, real- life situations.

I found that our students learnt a lot through BAT’s coaching and gave them more confidence to face the outside world post graduation.
