Haniza holds a Master in Islamic Studies from Open University Malaysia, Degree in Business Administration from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Diploma, majoring in Law and Public Administration from University iTechnology Mara. She also a nationally recognized Competent Trainer with certified Certificate of Train the Trainer from NSW Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board of Australia.

Her experiences as a Marketing and HR director for over 9 years training fresh employees to cope in their working environment has been her passion.
